Sandwiches at the Farmers Market!

Last week we finally got our menu boards hung at the Farmers Market! These over-sized cutting boards were produced by Wayne Bock. As he put it on the invoice, “Senseless, without direction, contrary to common logic, and with a poor sense of humor, your menu boards were handcrafted with interior tools in Waterford, Wisconsin by a grumpy old man.” I haven’t met Wayne, but I like his “poor sense of humor” and love the fine craftsmanship of our menus! They fit the Market perfectly. Come check them out, and even better order something delicious!

We debuted 5 new sandwiches at the Dallas Farmers Market this week. We are thrilled to offer some great flavor combinations and we look forward to changing our sandwich offerings throughout the year. Below is the current line-up:

Better Cheddar – $8
Sweet and Savory collide! Cottonwood River Cheddar and Fig Jam. Simple but not.

 Jambon Beurre – $8
A French classic. Fra Mani Rosemary Ham and the most decadent churned butter from Rodolphe Le Muenier on Baguette.
The Snitch (pictured) – $9
Olli’s Garlic and Black Pepper Sopressatta, The Stag Cheddar, Arugula, Tomato and Volcano Mayo
Big Coppa – $10
“There’s a reason why they call me Big Coppa!” La Quercia Coppa, Rosies Robiola, Arugula and Xeres Sherry Vinegar served on slices of Hippie Health.
NBT – $11
Not a Boring Turkey! Smoked Turkey Breast from Smoking Goose, Local Herbed Goat Cheese, Hungarian Goat Horn Peppers, and Marcona Almonds served on Ciabatta Bread.
