Kyle McClelland joins us for our next Chef Dinner at Scardello. Kyle will prepare and amazing 5 course Cheese-focused meal. Prior to his stint at The Cedar Social, Kyle worked with Caviar Russe in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Chef McClelland earned his Grand Diploma from the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City. Here’s the Menu!
