Charcuterie, those delicious cured meats! Whether you prefer salami, prosciutto, or pate, we will be talking about how they are made and matching them up with incredible handmade cheese!

Out of the World Cheese Pairings
Thursday, June 7, 7pm
Possibly the best class we’ve ever done. While cheese is fantastic on its own, experience cheese paired up with classic accompaniments and with foods on the unexpected side. Be there when cheese meets its match!

Memorial Day
