Is there a way to sit with my friends?
Yes! Please make a note in the “Special Instructions” section when you are purchasing your class. Include the names or name of the person in, or organizing your group.
What if I have a Gift Card?
Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to redeem your gift card online. Please call the shop at 214.219.1300 and we will get you registered for class if space is available.
Do I need to eat before or after class?
Classes are not meals, but cheese can be filling. We suggest something light before-hand or grabbing dessert after.
What do I bring?
There is no need to bring anything. Just be ready to have a good time!
When does class start?
Classes start when we close the shop, so 7pm Monday-Thursday and 8pm on Friday-Saturday.
How long does class last?
All classes are approximately 1.5 hours.
Is wine served with class?
We do serve wine and/or beer samples with class. Additional wine and beer is available for purchase during class.
Will I be able to purchase any of the cheeses or wines we taste after class?
Of course! We can bag up anything you’d like.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate any needs, however there are not always appropriate substitutes.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
In order to cancel please send an email or call 214.219.1300. We have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel 48 hours before the start of class you will receive a full refund (minus the re-stocking fee). If you cancel 24 hours before class you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel the day of the class there will be no refund. Please be advised that there will be a $2.50-4.00 per seat re-stocking fee.
