Texas’ own Royal Cheddar with pickled, curried green tomatoes melted together. Eat it Texas style, with a beer!

Two French Classics, Beaufort and Raclette, melted with our favorite Swiss Gruyere on baguette.

Thinly sliced proscuitto, decadent Burrata, and fig confit on a fresh baked baguette make for a sweet and savory combo you can’t refuse.

The Cold Tomato
A refreshing mix of thinly sliced Roma tomatos, buttery Brie de Nagis, a thin spread of mayonnaise and a sprinkle of sea salt.

This One Has Meat! Fennel Salami, Bra Tenero cheese, shallot confit, and mixed greens come together for a hearty bite.
