PEAR AND POINT
A toasty, rustic little sandwich. Slices of fresh pear with Comte and Point Reyes Blue melted on fresh country Farmhouse bread, then drizzled with white wine and balsamic vinegar.

Three incredible hand-made mountain cheeses melted on slices of country Farmhouse bread. The perfect grilled cheese!

STEWART’S CHEDDAR PRESS
Texas’ own Royal Cheddar melted over garlic dill pickles.

A scrumptious toasted sandwich with fresh chevre, melted chocolate, and Taste No. 5’s Umami paste. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever tasted!

THE T.O.H.M
This One Has Meat! Fennel Salami, Toma cheese, shallot confit, and mixed greens come together for a hearty bite. Served cold.

THE COLD TOMATO
A refreshing mix of thinly sliced tomatoes, buttery Brie, a thin spread of mayonnaise and a sprinkle of sea salt. Served cold on pumpernickel.
