All classes are $25 per person (unless otherwise noted below). Reservations with a credit card to hold your spots are required. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. What more can be said about three of life’s greatest pleasures? Katherine Clappner local chocolatier of Dude! Sweet! Chocolates will share how she creates her fantastic creations. Join us as we explore each of these delights individually and try out some interesting pairings.

Join us as we nibble our way through the different cheese types. Experience comparative tastings of cheese and out of the ordinary items that will help you focus in on the distinct flavors of each cheese type. We will cover the basics on how cheese is made and answer questions about cheese pairing fundamentals. Of course there will be soothing libations provided to be enjoyed in the relaxing atmosphere of the shop!
French Cheese and Wine

Explore the land of 1000 cheeses paired with the fantastic wines from several of the best wine regions of France. Experience true cheese bliss, or as you might say in France, Joie de Vie!
Fondue Night
Fondue Night is back! Dinner will include an amuse-bouche; authentic, three-mountain cheese fondue with salamis, bread, and fruit; green salad; and a dessert of locally-made chocolate truffles. Also included is a glass of sparkling wine to start or end your evening. Other wine and beer is available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Space is limited.
